Vegetable of the Month for June: Green Beans

Green beans are likely abundant in your garden this time of year! Discover two new recipes in the Vegetable of the Month below and also learn how to safely preserve the beans for enjoyment later on.

Remember there is no safe way to can green beans by using a boiling water canner; you must use a pressure canner. Learn how to pressure can green beans by watching this video from the Produce Lady.
